Laura Beth Vardaro has been writing since the age of 10, when her self-authored and illustrated book entitled “Electro Girl” was selected for recognition for the annual “Young Authors” contest in Chesapeake, Virginia. Since 2007, she has also been involved in editing and publishing, including the Oscar F. Smith High School literary magazine and Longwood University’s student-run newspaper, The Rotunda. She has been published in “Voices of the Future,” an anthology of high school scholarship essays. She edited and contributed to the 2012 children’s book “Ookie!”
Laura Beth received her B.A. in Communication Studies, Mass Media from Longwood University in 2011. She currently has a timeline in the works to edit her NaNoWriMo works from 2012, 2013, and 2014, whilst contributing to this blog, finishing her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies, and being a new wife to Al.
Laura Beth currently resides with her husband, Al, in Portsmouth, Virginia.
